Tasting the breath of Gaia
With a new tounge
Smelling the soil after rain
While thunder still echoes in the valley of my souls vista
Remembering
What I had forgotten so long ago
Remembering a word
A word that is Love
Tasting it with my lips
Forming it with my tounge
Trying to recall
What it was all about
Once
Before all the lights went out
Before the curtains fell
Before the last lantern burned down
And not even the faintest smell of you
lingered in my nostrils
And forgetfulness overwhelmed me
And made me go to sleep
And sleap until now
At this very moment
When I am once again
